Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help!
1. Returns Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt)
2. How to Return an Item
To start a return, email hello@letsreplay.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
You’ll be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item unless it arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@letsreplay.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue — we’ll sort it out right away.
5. Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
